Front Desk Practice Management System®
With your purchase of the Front Desk Practice Management System® license
you will receive software support and free upgrades for the initial 3 months of
purchase, 3 x 1 hour training sessions, assistance with installation and a printed
manual.
You may contact us for technical or helpdesk support
at any time via fax, email or phone. During the training and installation period
Smartsoft will initiate any phone calls that are required.
After the initial 3 months, you may choose to extend your Support & Upgrades
for Front Desk® by taking up our Front Desk® Extended Care
Plan.

Regular updates to Front Desk® ensure that your investment is protected
by continually improving the system and adding new functionality to keep up with
changes in practice management requirements.
Technical Support
- Priority technical telephone, fax, mail and email support at no additional charge
- Prompt response to any query raised in connection with the Front Desk Practice Management
System®
- Assistance with the correct operation of Front Desk® on your hardware
- Assistance with installation and re-installation of software as required
- Reduced fees on software development consulting services for specialised Front Desk®
add-ons & specific reporting by our development team
Help Desk Support
- Priority telephone help desk support and advice for your staff during business hours
- Reduced fees for training of new staff members or refresher courses
Additional Items
- Ability to extend your practice with the purchase of additional Network Licenses
- Additional clinic licenses may be purchased at a reduced fee for other practices
owned by the same principals
- Your feedback and suggestions regarding the software are taken into consideration
for future upgrades.
